Every single one of these employees went above and beyond to answer questions, provide information and reassurance, and give her the best deal possible! I can’t say enough good about Ted who was so quick at sending us a video walk through since we are over 3 hours away, trade in quote from 3 hours away and beat the previous dealership by $7k dollars for a year newer and less miles, with upgrades! The personalities of each employee we saw was exceptional! Ted greeted us the minute we pulled in after our drive, offered us refreshments, and went out of his way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. Ba did a great job as well explaining things. Thank goodness for Dave Arbogast and his outstanding employees for allowing my daughter (and us) to have a fantastic experience!
