My experience with Joshua Pierce was excellent. He spent extra time with my wife and I before and after the sale to make sure I understood the features of my new car. Additionally, he worked with me after I got home to insure that I got the My Buick App working properly (I'm no good with iPhones). He went as far personally making a video for me explaining how to set the adaptive cruse control. Overall, a truly great experience. More

As long as I live I will NEVER not buy another vehicle without first checking out this dealership. Dave McMaken was great! Laid back, no pressure type of guy. Let’s be real, nobody wants sales rushing out to greet you as soon as you step on a car lot. Dave Arbogast takes a different approach and it works! Easy going, no pressure atmosphere that I HIGHLY recommend! Dave went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and in doing so he earned not only my respect but my friends and family who I referred. I always rave about Dave Arborgast! The staff is nice, and they go out of their way to help you and answer any questions. Clint went out of his way to get me all the information I neede The staff is nice, and they go out of their way to help you and answer any questions. Clint went out of his way to get me all the information I needed to replace my mirror that was hit and broken, and provided a printed copy. This will make the claim process so much easier and quicker. This time, they surprised me by sending me a video of them doing the multi-point inspection on my car, walking me through each point. They always have something up their sleeve in a good way! I moved to Kettering, and I still drive up there for my service/maintenance because I enjoy the customer service experience they offer. - Signed Life Long Customer! Thanks, Clint :) More
