He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was his honesty and knowledge. He made the entire process smooth and stress free which is not always easy when buying a vehicle. I truly felt supported and confident in my decision because of his guidance. Dear Anthony, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion and support after receiving my call completely out of the blue... a call made during a truly desperate situation. You didn’t hesitate to listen, and that alone meant more than I can adequately express. As I shared with you, my coworker Tinasia is a devoted single mom whose life was forever changed when her eldest daughter passed away just one week after giving birth to her son, Giovanni, on December 26, 2023. Since that heartbreaking loss, Tinasia has lovingly raised Giovanni as her own and is working towards the goal to officially adopt him. She is an extraordinary mother and an incredible person, and I am truly honored to work beside her every day. Tinasia takes tremendous pride in her car and maintains it as carefully as possible because she understands how critical it is to her family’s daily life. For her, a working vehicle isn’t a convenience; it’s a lifeline. It’s how she gets to work, brings Giovanni to daycare safely, makes doctor’s appointments, and keeps her household moving forward. When her car unexpectadely broke down last week… just days before the holidays, it threatened far more than transportation; it put her stability at risk at an already overwhelming time. Thank you, Anthony for listening so thoughtfully as I shared her story, and for responding immediately with compassion and action. Your willingness to help a stranger right away, sight unseen, and then to diagnose the issue, order the necessary parts, and ensure her car could was repaired at no cost to her was nothing short of remarkable. I had a transmission throttle body replaced but prior to the work being done, I asked for the old part. I was told there was a core charge. I said ok and we moved on. I then asked to see the old transmission fluid.....I was fed, we have not started work on your car and this was end of day.....I asked for a video, I received a black spot which was useless. The next day I received a text around 10 saying that my car was ready. I dont know if the work was done or if my car had been reset the way I had done a week before and shared that info with them. The people out front of service are very professional and I will leave that there but my 2015 does not have a dip stick for me to pull and check before and after on the transmission fluid so that check is out on the customer side. My camera was also disconnected to read the codes but never reconnected for me to view the status of what was transpiring with my vehicle so I can pray that the services rendered were worth my $3,500 dollars. I dont believe my request were unreasonable but for some reason......some people see you as a pain and want you to beg AND pay while taking whatever they give as you find yourself fortunate to use their services. More
Ive had great experiences with this dealership especially with my preferred service man, James. His customer service and Infiniti knowledge have been priceless. He keeps my Q60 in tip-top shape. Infiniti of Suitland is a horrible dealership. The finance department did not payoff my trade for several weeks. My bank was threatening me for the payoff. I had to make another payment on my trad The finance department did not payoff my trade for several weeks. My bank was threatening me for the payoff. I had to make another payment on my trade in because Inifiniti of Suitland had not properly or timely taken care of this responsibility. I had to call everyday for weeks until the car was paid off. I was either sent to someone's voicemail or lied to with a promise of someone returning my call. Now almost 2 in a half months later my bank or I have not received my title. Again, I called several times to get sent to someone's voicemail. The receptionist/salesman Rodney was rude when I told him, I did not want to be sent to someone's else voicemail. The sales manager Dewayne was rude with his explanation and did not care about my concern. He blamed DMV, well not my problem. I paid Infiniti of Suitland not DMV. So Infiniti of Suitland should do what ever they need to do to get my title. Now, I have my bank wanting to the title and threatening to cancel my loan. I have purchase 25 plus cars in my life and I have never been treated so poorly. More
I have had issues with Infiniti consumer affairs and Infiniti of Suitland. I have 2022 QX60. Since I have bought my car I have been having issue with the touch screen in the car where it has gotten stuc Infiniti of Suitland. I have 2022 QX60. Since I have bought my car I have been having issue with the touch screen in the car where it has gotten stuck, the Bluetooth in the car has gotten stuck, my screen has also blacked out on me twice while driving it. I took it to the dealer twice and had it taken again on 12/18/2023 for a certified mechanic to examine after speaking to Infiniti Consumer affairs a few times, speaking to two case managers and speaking to a regional manager about my issues. After speaking to the each one the certified technician and the techs at Infiniti of Suitland told me they can not duplicate the problem and there is nothing that they can do about my car and made it seem like I was crazy and there is nothing wrong with my car. One of the techs sat in the car with me while the car disconnected from my phone. I'm so frustrated and disheartened by this entire process. Between my husband and I we have bought 10 cars from Infiniti, 9 from Suitland. I have three videos proving issues with my car. I'm hurt by this experience and refuse to buy another Infiniti ever again. I will say Charente, Anthony and Kevin have great customer service, they always tried to help. More
