When I scheduled my service, Tammy informed me of the charges and that I would get a loaner. When I arrived, Alex greeted me and got my car prepped. When he came back in, I went over the items that I was having trouble with. He reviewed this with me and gave a very thorough explanation of the pricing and what to expect for this service. He was very courteous and professional. When the paperwork was completed, he got the information he needed for the loaner and brought it around to me. He answered my questions about this unfamiliar model and I left the lot feeling confident that my problems would be evaluated. Alex called me when service was completed and gave me an overview of the maintenance performed and the results. When I arrived, Alex was not there but Matt did an outstanding job of completing the required paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. All of the staff I have met during my service visits have given me nothing less than outstanding assistance and support. Thank you. More

I went in for my regular oil change and it was done in a reasonable time frame. I like that they do an inspection to make sure there’s no other problems. Shady sales tactics, including lying to get a customer to the dealership and then pulling a bait and switch. Having me make a one and a half hour trip, after assuring me that the car I was interested in was the dealership and then pulling a bait and switch. He had at least three opportunities to tell me not to waste my time coming up. More

Transmission on Crosstrek failed while returning from upstate. Busam service took vehicle in immediately. Eugene had vehicle tested and evaluated/approved for repair under warranty within two days.
