When I scheduled my service, Tammy informed me of the charges and that I would get a loaner. When I arrived, Alex greeted me and got my car prepped. He was very courteous and professional. When the paperwork was completed, he got the information he needed for the loaner and brought it around to me. He answered my questions about this unfamiliar model and I left the lot feeling confident that my problems would be evaluated. Alex called me when service was completed and gave me an overview of the maintenance performed and the results. When I arrived, Alex was not there but Matt did an outstanding job of completing the required paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Transmission on Crosstrek failed while returning from upstate. Busam service took vehicle in immediately. Eugene had vehicle tested and evaluated/approved for repair under warranty within two days.
