I drive to Columbus from Cleveland on a Sunday night and my air conditioning went out after 45 mins into the trip. A nice employee named Jerry drove and my colleague back to our hotel as we left the car for service. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Derron’s communication through out the entire process. They fixed the compressor and put in a new battery by the next evening. I’m very thankful to the whole crew that worked on my car. I left for a family vacation a few days later during the heat wave.
