I asked several people where to go and who could I trust to get a car. Everyone that gave me an answer told me great lakes Toyota. Then one couple actually gave me a name to ask for. Andre. I am so blessed to have friends that give me good advice. Andre was super super courteous, efficient, patient, and sincere. I walked out of that place with more than I could’ve asked for. Because I drove there in a vehicle and I was leaving with a vehicle, he drove my vehicle and had an assistant, Xander, drive another vehicle to my house and pick him up and take him back to the store. I feel that he went above and beyond what was expected. He stayed with me throughout the entire process. And the finance person I forget his name, got me a great deal and I really really appreciate that. Living on a fixed income this really made a big difference to me. I will be forever grateful and I will always refer anyone that asked me to Great Lakes Toyota. More
