Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. The service from John was excellent. He greeted us immediately, he understood what we were looking for and our price range. She was very patient answering all of questions. She was detailed in explaining every aspect of the loan and made sure we understood what she was telling us.
