Southwest Kia of Dallas has taken care of all needs since we moved here a year and a half ago. The service department has been excellent every time I visit for the oil changes as well as this past week when we moved here a year and a half ago. The service department has been excellent every time I visit for the oil changes as well as this past week when my check engine light came on. Ause, the server advisor had my Niro Hybrid diagnosed and found the issue as well as some other items that he recommended get done. Explained what was covered under the warranty and was not covered by the warranty. He kept me updated throughout the process and I had my car back 2 days after it was dropped off just like he promised me. A++ More

Jorge was great to work with answering all my questions. Although I had to come back a second day due to having parts ordered, I was able to have someone pick me up both days.
