Shawn was very testy when I reconsidered the purchase after speaking to my husband, who wasn’t happy about it. Instead of saying he understood and I should do what was in my best interested, he got very after speaking to my husband, who wasn’t happy about it. But I did buy the car, and I regret it. We agreed to a trade in value of my still under warranty SantaFe is $12,000 but when I was paying this had been discounted and I was told it was because I had saved money on taxes so that got deducted from the promised trade in amount. I think this came close to fraud. Certainly I was mislead. I won’t be buying another car from this dealership. More
