The staff, particularly my brand ambassador, Marty, was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Porsche lineup. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect model that suited my needs. I truly felt like they cared about my preferences and weren’t just trying to make a sale. The transparency in pricing was refreshing. There were no hidden fees or surprise costs – everything was laid out clearly. I also appreciated the thorough test drive experience which allowed me to really get a feel for the car. Gen (Finance), was able to provide a very aggressive rate, that beat my credit union. Gen, provided options for warranty’s and various other packages. At no time, did I feel as though I was pressured, into buying anything. I decided to buy a Porsche Macan at Porsche Silver Spring after visiting several car dealerships. I knew I would buy a Macan but didn't know from where. All of the factors mentioned were simply outstanding. Believe me, this is not always the case. Also I appreciated the attractiveness, cleanliness and comfort of the dealership. After DeAndre Briscoe, our phenomenal salesperson, showed us a new Macan, I loved the added features. Even though I changed my mind about the color several times, I felt no purchasing pressure. Aside from his technical knowledge about Porsches, DeAndre has a great personality which helps in times of stress, like purchasing!
