Polite but unaware of my car history and their service recommendations. I was told I would receive free oil changes until 32,000 miles and your tech wanted to charge me for the service. I now have have a sticker in my auto stating I need to return in 4,000 miles for an oil change. I was told when I purchased this vehicle I would need to return in 8,000 miles for service.
