The dealer ship is great and Brandon and Chris were terrific! My problem is with Jeep its self. When I contacted the dealer to make an appointment they informed me that my vehicle’s warranty had expired by 11 days My vehicle was at another dealer in October for a different issue and obviously had full warranty. I feel like Jeep should have covered this problem 100 percent especially after calling the first dealership and asking why they didn’t do a 60 point check he said that wasn’t normal practice. But yet LHM did that when they knew the warranty was up. The other dealer had it for 4 days and did a computer update and gave it back to me which by the way still has problems. The gentleman I talked with said I could bring it back and they would look at it again he also said that JEEP WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE LOWER CONTROL ARMS! I currently own 3 jeeps, my dad bought a 1950 Willy when I was 12 years old I have been around Jeep my entire life. Jeep has done me and my family a disservice by not covering this issue. I would think when Jeep has a known loyal customer, they would extend my coverage for 11 days. $500 is nothing to them and it keeps a loyal customer. When you think of all the money Jeep spends in advertising trying to attract new customers, it seems ridiculous not to comp $500, to keep an established one! Like they say if you have a dissatisfied customer you really don’t have a Customer!! At this point this will most likely be the last Jeep I will own and I will spread how Jeep really does NOT go above and beyond to back their product!
