"Service department let me down."

Service department let me down. I went to the dealer to confirm a seal was leaking and could be repaired. I spoke with service person and a mechanic. It is not possible to make an appointment so I confirmed the best day to bring it in. Had the truck there at opening with expectations of picking it up that evening. I tried to confirm it was completed throughout the day but could not reach anyone by phone. I live 25 miles away so took off early to get there in time to pick it up 30 minutes before closing. It took 30 minutes to figure out my truck had not been touched. They had to call the mechanic at home. They offered to let me leave it another day but at this point I had no other way to get to work. I took it home, called HUNT FORD in Franklin KY, they worked me in and had it completed in 2 hours. Great service at that location. At this time I have no plans to return to Greenwood Ford to purchase or service.
