I would like to start off by saying that my review of the dealership has nothing to do with my sales lady. She was fantastic. My rating is 100% aimed at the finance department. Our finance guy was absolutely awful. When we got into his office from the very beginning he was very condescending and spoke to me like I was uneducated and had no idea how the car buying process worked. We finally came to an agreement on the gap and service portion. Then came the next big issue. We were in his office for hours and he kept telling us he is having computer issues, then he said we were going to sign paper documents, then he said we were going to sign remotely and continued to screw us around. Then we had to sign the paper work multiple times and through the purse of this I kept reconfirmed what our APR was going to be. He assured us what our interest rate would be finally after a couple of hours of this nonsense we were finally done. Fast forward to when I got my finance paper work and to my surprise this man changed the APR that we agreed to to something totally different. When we tried to confront him directly about this he again was very dismissive and spoke down to me. It is absolutely ridiculous that someone can mess up the contract and not take ownership of it, and not make an attempt to fix it. This will be my first and last purchase from Showcase Honda. The finance department does not take responsibility for their mistakes and they do not care about the customer.
