The air-cooled era of Porsche gave rise to a wide spectrum of buildsfrom fully gutted race cars to highly engaging, purpose-built street cars. This example falls firmly into the latter category. Previously owned by Mike Lindsey of Lindsey Racing, this 930 was converted to a Cabriolet and refinished in Ruby Red Metallic by Lindseys body shop, Perfect Image. It also received an M505 Slantnose front-end conversion by Golden Custom Coachworks, making it a true one of one build. The car retains its original 3.3L flat-six engine, upgraded with a K27 turbocharger, Billy Boat exhaust, and 911SC camshafts. Power is sent through a 4-speed manual transmission featuring shortened second and third gear ratios, delivering a more responsive driving experience.
