You gave the same copy paste response month ago. Yet you did nothing. They called again. I mentioned your name and asked to speak with you. No one knew who you were. I tried to call to speak with you at the number you listed. It goes straight to a phone tree, press 1 ... I tried 3 different options. I don't know what department you work in. Again, no one seems to know who you are, or how to transfer to you. These responses sound nice on the internet, but they are nothing but empty platitudes.
