I had an appointment today at 11:00 am. for a lube, oil, and filter I am an elderly lady recovering from back surgery. I use a walker and must wear a back brace. I arrived at 10:55 am. I was sitting on my walker-rollator waiting for my car. I asked for an update at 12:00 & was told it wasn’t ready. At 1:10 I asked if my car was ready. It was still in line even though I told the service guy I had an appointment for physical therapy at 3:00pm. After waiting for 2 hours and ten minutes I asked for my car and left the dealership. When I left there were people who were waiting since 10:00! Why have appointments if you don’t honor them. You’ve seen the last of me. I would never recommend Steve Rayman Chevrolet again. Zero stars from me. More

I purchased a 2005 Chevy Corvette on 6/1/2024 from Salesman Ray Whitlow in the used car department after 6 day the shift cable broke as I was getting the vehicle detailed at Bellamy Strickland in Henr Salesman Ray Whitlow in the used car department after 6 day the shift cable broke as I was getting the vehicle detailed at Bellamy Strickland in Henry County, I called and got in touch with Joe Henderson the used car Manager to see if he would over the cost of having the vehicle repaired with out the shift cable the vehicle couldn’t go into gear. I made several attempts to reach Mr.Henderson but he wouldn’t call me back after he told me he would return my phone calls for two day I called Mr.Ray Witlow III to be told that Mr. Henderson was too busy with customers.This is not the way you treat customers,I ended up paying $743.00 dollars out of my pocket to have the shift cable replaced at Bellamy Strickland and could like to have the repair funds returned to me. This is not the experience that I was expecting from a dealership with Mr.Steve Rayman name on it, Hoping that someone other then MrJoe Henderson can help me resolve this situation. I brought my car in yesterday with 9:30 reservation. At 4:15, I realized I had not received a call that my car was ready and to schedule my return shuttle. When I called to inquire, I was told the car was ready but a shuttle was no longer available. Having no ride to the dealership, I was floored. I had to solicited a cco-worker on her way home to give me a ride. Unacceptable. When I got to the dealership, I received a call that Travis was outside my office. I felt so bad for him making an unnecessary trip due to lack of communication. Next time, I hope it will be better. I do plan to return to give the location another chance. More
