For the most part, they try to complete the repairs on time. Sometimes what is found was not expected and they are quick to inform me and let me know what they found and how long it will take to fix the time. I did not have an appointment as I haven’t been in since December or so. Michael said they could fit me in for an oil change but it would be a couple hours. I have to wait.
