I was pleased with the process of checking the car in and determining what needed to be done. I was pleased with the repairs and the price charged. The on-line information source never worked, kept saying "oops, not available" and getting information over the telephone was not successful the first time and tedious the second time. More

Excellent advice and service for the A/C issues with my ML350. Work was completed in a timely manner. Loaner vehicle was not needed since I have a second vehicle. Uber services were provided and used to my ML350. Work was completed in a timely manner. Loaner vehicle was not needed since I have a second vehicle. Uber services were provided and used to my home at no cost to me. I declined Uber service for vehicle pickup, it was not necessary. Overall the repair/replacement service and the courteous and professional treatment were excellent. More
