Lied about doing pre owned certification checklist. Entire under carriage of the jeep was caked in inch thick mud. You can’t do 150 point inspection when the inspected parts are caked in mud. Sure enough the next day a pool of oil was on my driveway from a gasket that was missing! Horrible customer service and sales team was even worse. Jesse should be fired. Will never buy from them again, or any company their private equity group owns. PE only cares about profit and will do whatever it takes to make a penny more even sell a defective keep to my daughter. More

I have been taking my vehicle here for oil changes and any needed repairs since 2021. I always have a great experience! When we first arrived we had less than a 5 minute wait time period. Sean and the service department graded us was very helpful yeah Bob and answer all of our questions took us to areas that we needed to b time period.
