From the very first time I contacted Larry H. Milller dealership via tgeir website the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Olivia Young, Brad Roberts, and our sales rep, Chris Cloe Milller dealership via tgeir website the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Olivia Young, Brad Roberts, and our sales rep, Chris Cloe listened to my needs and met those needs quickly, all through multiple phone calls and emails (I live 5.5 hours away from the dealership). Brad and Chris gave me a no-bull bottom line out-the-door price that was quite fair for everyone and was free from all the extra lame fees that most other dealerships try to add. It made me confident enough tk make the drive down from the Lewiston area and rent a hotel in order to test drive the vehicle. There was never any high pressure, even from Mason the finance rep, who gave us our extended warranty options in a personable and professional manner without any unnecessary pressure. To summarize this, I have bought many cars in my 67 years and this was by far the most pleasant and painless experience. If Olivia, Brad, Chris, and Mason are typical of L.H.M. reps, I can in all sincerety highly recommend this dealership for anyone's consideration. More
Lanny and the gang did a great job of finding the oil leak and fixing it. The repair on sun roof was perfect. Repairs are high quality and I stay well informed by these professionals. Weather it’s scheduled service or warranty work. I know what is being done and when it will be done. On this stop in Boise we needed a new transmission. Due to shipping of new trans from out of state the repair could have delayed my my scheduled departure date. (We live on east coast). This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Larry Miller Dodge in Boise. Jerry rescheduled his vacation to insure the repairs would not delay my departure. What a true professional and human being. Lanny and Jerry are professionals and Larry Miller Dodge is fortunate to have them on the team. I am appreciative of these men. Thank you. More
Came in for oil and filters change and to check service engine light on. Left shop after oil, filters and recall service completed and check engine light was off. 1/5 mile from shop check engine light came engine light on. I am not from this area(out of state for now). Had a major break down in my Ram. No other dealer was able to see me within a week. I got hod of Eric Chartrand a service advisor. Early the next morning it was diagnosed and work started. It was finished within 24 hours. Eric went out of his way to get me back on the road and with the help of his service manager reduced the price greatly. Eric is a very professional, compassionate and understanding person. Larry Miller may have a great service manager now but Eric would serve as an excellent manager as well. I really appreciate what Eric did for my wife and I. I will highly recommend Larry Miller service to all and will be bringing back my truck for OEM service. Thank you very much Eric and Larry Miller. More
