She was helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and had the entire purchase worked out within just a few hours of my initial contact with her. We live 5 1/2 hours from the dealership. My husband found the Ram that he wanted online. We struck up a deal by email, photos, etc. This was a trade in- cash deal so no financing. We were told they may allow a little more on trade in once they saw our vehicle in person. We were told to bring a cashiers check since we were out of state. We gave a $1000 non refundable deposit with a credit card. We weren’t sent an email copy of the contract. We guessed at the amount needed and took a cashiers check and a little extra cash with us for the deal. Once we got there we were met by a different salesman than the one we originally talked with. He brought out the contract and we saw an almost $900 administrative fee added on. We weren’t informed of this up front. The sales manager was very apologetic about this and did offer to refund our deposit. She told us we should have been sent a copy of the contract before we made the trip to the dealership. While this was not a dealbreaker it was upsetting. We felt like the salesman misled us and figured if we drove that far then we would still take the truck. We did buy and everyone at the dealership was nice. The purchase was very fast and easy. But if you’re out of state make sure you get the contract emailed. We would buy from this dealership again but would make sure that we had a contract in hand when making the deal. More

First time there and it was great, I got my first Jeep that I am in love with. little nervous at first but Mike hardy helped us. Much appreciated!
