From start to finish, Gerard was highly attentive and communicative though the entire process. We could not get to the dealership until close to quitting time and he stayed with us until well after closing hours to make sure we had the car in our hands. We were educated on how the car features work from Apple CarPlay to the fancy controls that we were not accustomed to. He was courteous and respectful the entire process over the phone, texting and in person. I noticed his President's Club award on his desk and he demonstrates how he earns that award every day. More
