Dear Mr. Helal, Thank you for your feedback and voicing your frustrations with us. When you first brought in your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to us-not purchased from Griffin’s Hub—we diagnosed the issue as the fan. This was addressed and fixed, along with the $3,000 worth of maintenance that was due, which you signed off on us completing. The second time the vehicle was brought in, it was the fuse box. This was also addressed and fixed. To help with your situation, we did the secondary diagnostic free of charge, as well as helping you with labor and the fee for the second bill. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and value you as a customer.
