I stopped in this morning to purchase a 2023 Corvette. The salesman was young, didn’t ask my name, didn’t shake my hand but that’s ok the young man was at least friendly. I tell him the car I’m interested in and ask him to grab the keys. The car is outside and it’s filthy, the battery is dead and he has no idea how to open the car with a dead battery. He did get a technician to come assist however he had a dead jump box. He did get another however it too wasn’t up to the task of starting the new Corvette. I went inside and asked to speak to the Manager. I explained I was a little disappointed that Classic Chevy is unable to jump start a 2023 Corvette. His response is why I am typing this review. Everything else up until this point, is what it is. He smirked and said I can call you when we get it running. I was the ONLY customer there as I got there at 9:30 Friday morning. You would think getting an A tech to start the car would have been the easy answer. I’ll drive back to Les Stanford and buy another one. More

He had not read my email and wasn't listening even on the phone. Eventually, he transferred me to SERVICE, where two more people said they found the service record and would email it to me. Three more tries to get a service record. Nothing. An uncaring after sale experience shows their true colors. Avoid. More

Sold a car right out from under me. Would not take a deposit to hold. To much of a coincidence that the car had another buyer within 5 minutes of going to retrieve my trade in.
