My wife and I have purchased 6 o 7 vehicles from C. Wimberley in the last 10 to 12 years. We've never had a problem with them until recently. This time, we did have some concerns about what was found wrong with the vehicle. On the advice of the service and sales personnel, we reached out to both Dallas and Chuck Wimberley more than once. Neither of them responded. It's really a shame because the personnel there at Wimberley are great. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the owners. When a customer, a very good and repeat customer, has concerns you would think an owner would take that seriously. Obviously, the ownership doesn't see it that way. At the end of the day, that's fine, a lesson learned for us. With 6 children and 11 grandchildren the amount of business that Wimberley has enjoyed from our family is substantial. Thankfully, there are many dealerships in the area who will value our business. More
