I'm sorry that you feel that visit was unfriendly. I did review the purchase price at time of sale to find out that this was the 2nd lowest priced vehicle in a 100 mile radius out of 34 like vehicles. It was also sold for 12% less the average price on like vehicles over the last 90 days. That said, you rest assured Karen that your haggling skills very much worked. It is not uncommon for us to not negotiate price on vehicles we know are priced low. Typically we find that's usually why the customer had showed interest in the 1st place. As far as vehicle deliveries we will do them but we prefer the deal be done onsite. There are several legality and safety issues we have run in during COVID trying to have staff work outside areas we can not control. I have provided a private response to the General Manager as the reply did not address all the issues in my review. As for the response on home delivery that response seemed to be a general response due to COVID being mentioned as the reason home delivery was not honored as advertised? I have also asked the GM to resolve the issue that the vehicle was advertised with front and rear floor mats as an option and I have not received them as of yet. The sales person has been working on finding them for almost a week without success. I am hoping the GM can provide the floor mats for the vehicle and honor the advertised options with which the vehicle was sold.
