What a bunch of crooks. I sign up for a service plan that should last five years. They send me emails saying service is due. So they send the emails whenever they want, trick me into bringing my car in early (younger) {when it won't need maintenance} and now I'm told I'm out of maintenance. I thought it was unusual how much service I needed, but I'm using a luxury car dealer, didn't think I needed to become a shop planner / accountant with an add on service agreement. Recommend staying away from AUDI..!!!!!!! More

I waited nearby at library, after arriving at 12:35, waiting for about 15/20 min to get checked in for service- including giving my phone number.. I texted the service person from the number he texted to me at 4pm…with no reply. So, I showed up at dealership- I sat another 35 min. He finally came to tell me there was a glitch in notifying me- it’s been ready.. GREAT! I got to drive home in traffic at 4:45. More
