Plaza Audi service is always first rate. Luckily Audi is a great car so I don't often need the service department other than the maintenance checks. I enjoyed buying my new car from Audi Creve Coeur. I went in for a test drive, and left with an S5 Convertible. None of the games I expected (Rust-Proofing, Service Agreement, “doc. fee, unxplnd”). I asked for a price, they came back with a response, I wrote a check for that amount. Then the salesman actually “delivered” my car to my house. (Since I wasn’t trading-in another car.) More
