I’d give zero stars if I could. Took my Highlander in for 30k service only to notice my $230 sunglasses were stolen this morning. I spoke with the service manager who told me he spoke with the four guys who were in and around my car and they didn’t take them. He said “they are really good guys” and “are around valuables all the time and don’t have a problem”. I called as soon as I left this morning. Service mgr said he would “search” them after getting my description which took 2 hours and multiple phone calls on my part to even speak to the manager after I left and for him to indicate “he’d search” I’m told the cameras were reviewed and nobody went into my center console. I can tell for a fact someone did as things were rigged around in disarray. I’ve been using Wilsonville Toyota service for nearly a decade and am quite upset over this happening and the handling of the manner by the service manager. I’m also very aware it could’ve been a customer or someone passing through as they were super busy this morning. I’m told nobody entered my car after I got out to wait in the lobby area for my service to be completed and all cameras were reviewed showing only the 4 employees enter my car besides me. Just BEWARE!!!!! More
