I have already talked to two managers who made it clear they were not going to take care of their mistake and place the blame on myself. You all have my contact. Charleen and Matthew both know about this matter and have denied taking care of it.

We didn't offer 5.9% because we couldn't get that. We did let you know that you could bring us a check from your lending institution. All of these issues were discussed with you and you refused to honor warranty repairs. You gave excuses that due to the vehicle being purchased from a dealer other than you wouldn't honor the warranty work even though there was 30,000 to 34,000 miles on a vehicle, less than the 36,000 mile warranty limit, and even though the vehicle is younger than the 3 year time limit on the warranty. In the past when you have asked for us to "reach out to" and we did so, you gave the same refusals of repairs. There was no effort whatsoever on your part to understand that the item(s) were covered under warranty, much less any effort to try "to make this better". Over the years we have bought 6 Toyota products from different dealerships, some of them from your dealership. Yours is the only dealership to refuse warranty work due to the purchase being from a different dealer.
