Lots of inventory, sales person was informative and nice. He failed to explain the ed breakdown of costs associated with the car I was buying. Finance guy sprung the charges on me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the several attempts to get my car to them They turned it away because they didn't have room for it to remain until the appointment day. I became very several attempts to get my car to them They turned it away because they didn't have room for it to remain until the appointment day. I became very frustrated at this. If I would have known I would have waited to have roadside assist to tow it instead of them paying for an unnecessary tow. I have been taking my 2008 Kia Rio SX there ever since my ex and I bought the rio and rondo back in 2009. I never had issues like this before with them. I would recommend their service department, they don't overcharge or upsell. More

Scheduled 2 recalls. When I took car in, they didn't have the parts for one of the scheduled jobs. Had to make a 2d trip.
