Scott Honda’s service department has been responsive to my complaint. They took the time to have a senior technician ride with me as I explained the issue. Calvin was a great mix of personable and professional. He was chatty enough to make us feel comfortable, but also kept the car buying process moving forward and paid attention to our needs and preferences He was chatty enough to make us feel comfortable, but also kept the car buying process moving forward and paid attention to our needs and preferences. I went in to the dealership when I heard metal hitting the ground going over any bump. I went thru express and they were great! The noticed some screws missing and while my dog and I waited, they repaired the ground going over any bump. I went thru express and they were great! The customer service I got here from the Service department is the worst I’ve ever received from any kind of business. I’ve had repeated issues getting vehicles repaired for anything beyond the basi department is the worst I’ve ever received from any kind of business. I’ve had repeated issues getting vehicles repaired for anything beyond the basics and in one unique circumstance I feel like they didn’t stand by their work and then bullied me. I expressed my concerns to management, it took weeks for them to decided to not fix my vehicle (total estimated cost was $250), and ultimately I had to order the parts and repair the vehicle myself after I begged them to cut off a bolt they cemented during a prior “repair”. It was a humiliating experience, a nightmare to get my vehicle operational again, and I’m shocked how I was treated as a 5+ year customer. Special shoutout to manager John Rooney - We may not see eye to eye about the decisions that were made and as humans that’s absolutely ok, but bullying should never take place at any business. If you tell me the only thing you’ll do is to cut off the cemented bolt and then I show up hours later to get it cut off I shouldn’t have been told No when the service agent consulted you for guidance and I certainly should not have needed to beg for what was literally 1 minute of work you promised to do. Second special shoutout to the Parts department for being absolutely incredible and nothing at all like Service. This review deserves some kind of positivity and with Parts help I was able to order what I needed to do the work myself and for that I’m forever thankful. More
