THE WORST POST SALE I'VE EVER SEEN! ! IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD DO IT. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails. I've been waiting for my plates for almost ! I recently leased my third Jeep and decided to give Route 46 Jeep a shot this time. I'm thrilled to say that this time, my experience was great. My fiancé and I dealt with Dave Scirica. Dave was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and managed to provide me with precisely what I asked for, right down to the number. Dave was patient with me regarding the type of vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. His professionalism and dedication made the entire leasing experience smooth and stress-free. (If you’re anything like me, you dread the car buying experience.) Dave made the process seamless, quick, and as painless as possible by putting together the paperwork for me after our phone call and before I walked into the dealership. This extra effort saved me a lot of time and made the entire experience much more pleasant. This is my second time leasing from Route 46, and I'm delighted to see such an improvement in service. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Route 46 Jeep and asking for Dave Scirica. His exceptional service has restored my faith in this dealership. This is the least transparent dealership I have ever encountered, I asked 3 people (internet sales, sales, finance) before going in if they had any extra fees after tax/dmv beyond doc fee and was told all by 3 no. When I was about to sign the deal I noticed the math on the deal was not adding up, after a bunch of back and forth with the finance guy I got the most convoluted explanation of over $3000 in fees to 'certify' the car so I could buy it... he barley could admit it was a fee, tried to say it was part of the price. Very shady. Just be honest about fees!!! hiding them, lying about them and insulting the customer is not the way to go More

I bought a vehicle that I should have never taken off the lot but did. Came back the next day to get my vehicle cleaned sat there for about 3 hours for nothing they did the wrong car. Had to bring the car back another day. Then I told them my usb and charging plugs were not working told me it would be a quick fix and I can still take the vehichle home and said I need to make a seperate appointment for that between Monday - Friday 9 - 5 and it could take a couple days. Once again should have never taken the car off the lot. Then I have been calling now to speak with someone since OCT 2023 leaving voice mails and not one manager, sales person NO ONE has called me back. I have left messages, sent text messages. NOTHING. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM More

Terrible experience. I’ll elaborate. I called at 2pm today and gave the sales guy The two car SKUs. He asked what time I planned on coming in. I told him 5 o’clock. I sho I’ll elaborate. Neither was the original sales person I spoke with. They assigned us to a different sales person. That guy tells us that the cars will be there in 15 to 20 minutes. 7 PM rolls around and we’re still missing the cars. Total waste of time. We walked out. We will buy the car as we like jeeps but certainly won’t buy here. This place is a joke More
