Big SCAM never buy a warranty here I cancel it before a month and they refuse to give me my money back. More

Mr Solomon The finance department at Route 17 Mitsubishi and myself, the general manager of the dealership have explained to you clearly every time you have called or visited how the process of cancellation works. We have informed you that the proceeds are received by the accounting department they will zero out the account and because your vehicle is being financed the proceeds will be sent to the lender and they will adjust your balance. The dealership and I are sorry that we cannot refund the Warranty money directly to you. Hopefully, this process will be completed in the next few business days until then I want to thank you for your business. I wish you pleasant hours of driving your vehicle. The proces say up to 4 weeks and it start on April 18, it's been 47 day's. As soon as my lender get the money (that it's my money because it's on my name) I Will change my review but for now the lender (capital one) did not get the money. the warranty company sent you the money and the process it's not following the process time accordingly to the contact. Don't be sorry I know the money have to go to my lender but it's my money it's on my name, I am responsible for the loan. It's been 47 days and the contract says up to 4 weeks. Again if the money goes back I will change my review, in the middle time I will send updates with the time that my money its stock in the process.
