Got me back on the road in an emergency, but technician did not notice oil plug was loose and I asked specifically to have the oil checked. Went to a Jeep dealer in RI as soon as I got home and that was t did not notice oil plug was loose and I asked specifically to have the oil checked. I was completely amazed at the customer service provided by Rocky Mount Dodge. I called to get a quote received a quote with all rebates that I qualified for made a deal they shipped out all paperwork in on by Rocky Mount Dodge. I called to get a quote received a quote with all rebates that I qualified for made a deal they shipped out all paperwork in one day. Kevin was absolutely professional and did everything to ensure this went smoothly. I have never received such amazing customer service from a dealership, by far this smallest transaction I’ve ever had related to purchasing a vehicle. The entire staff from sale to finance was exceptional. I live in Washington and purchased this vehicle in North Carolina and would do it again. Best customer service in the United States.
