Rodent problem in our garage that we felt required immediate attention from Service department, not to repair at this time but to assess the problem so we could schedule a repair appointment. Staff w immediate attention from Service department, not to repair at this time but to assess the problem so we could schedule a repair appointment. Staff was able to get me in quickly and service tech was able to look at the problem and advise the solution. Chad Tinti was my service advisor who explained everything clearly to me. While both he and the service tech advised problem was not something to worry about, I will go ahead with the repair once we are convinced the rodent problem is eliminated. What a great experience all around, can’t say enough about the team. More
