Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you were able to get into a courtesy vehicle; we do always try to accommodate for anything above and beyond minor maintenance visits. We cannot argue with the fact that over the last several months we have been struggling to keep the car wash in operation. We have made a multitude of repairs over the last couple of months and we are optimistic that it is back in working order. Thank you again for the 4 stars.
