I came for an express service and paint protection. Since I was to wait at the dealership, I was disappointed that the express service could take 1.5 hours and the paint protection up to 2 hours. After confirming that my car uses synthetic oil good for up to 10K miles, I decided to defer the express service and get the paint protection (PP) only. I was pleasantly surprised that the PP took only one hour. More

I was in the market for a new car that wouldn't break the bank and it had to have a manual transmission. I contacted a number of dealers who supposedly offered such a vehicle to no avail. Ruth at Prescott Ho bank and it had to have a manual transmission. I contacted a number of dealers who supposedly offered such a vehicle to no avail. Ruth at Prescott Honda was able to come through with a manual Civic hatchback and I couldn't be happier with the car. Thank you, Ruth! More
