After having spent 6 hours sitting at a desk doing all the purchase, finance, and insurance paperwork, we had several different Nissan employees show up AT MY HOME DURING DINNER to get signatures on documents they had neglected to complete fully and correctly days previous. This happened both of the next two nights following the purchase, and in spite of my protestations after night 1, that I didn't want to be expected to let any more strangers into my home. They couldn't wait 2 more days for me to have time to return to fill out the paperwork. Flash forward a month, and I am trying to make my first payment on the loan that I signed up for at the dealership on day of purchase. I am unable to set up online payment for the loan, because the paperwork submitted by the dealership listed by birthday wrong, and now I have to go to a bank branch in person, with my xxxxxxx birth certificate, to get the issue corrected and be able to pay my bill in the next 10 days. Nissan, I hate you and I wish I'd kept looking. More
