Our experience at Performance Toyota has been extremely disappointing. We were given promises that weren’t kept, coerced into putting a $1000 deposit for a car that never was available. As a result, we missed an opportunity to purchase a model of a car we wanted but in a different color. I have lots to say about methods of deception and manipulation used during our conversations with the personnel there but still remain hopeful that this was an isolated unfortunate event and they will make things right for us (it’s been more than a month since our visit) to stand by the words written on a wall inside the dealership. I tried reaching out but my messages might have never been allowed to reach managers’ eyes. I’m committed to making sure no other customers are deceived or taken advantage of at this dealership. More

Offered us nothing to help with the situation aside from a touch up which if any service shop knows it never comes out the same! We had new lexus car in for an oil change and they forgot to tighten filter down. Oil spewed on engine, almost causing a fire in my garage. Place is a joke! Don't go!! They'll ruin your vehicle! More
Service! lol..I gave them several tries and would not recommend them for anything. The two times they rotated tires my lug nut key went missing x2, center hub lol..I gave them several tries and would not recommend them for anything. The two times they rotated tires my lug nut key went missing x2, center hub screws lost, supposedly did an alignment took it straight to tire discounters to get it done right. They waited till I was 20 minutes down the road to bring up them loosing the screws center hub screws. Had to buy a new set of lug nuts twice now because it was the only way to get a key. Called the service center with no help getting it replaced. I spent extra money for service at purchase don’t waste your money. At 100 dollars out of my pocket plus time to locate the correct lug key. 150 dollars for alignment done right else where, also cost me 4 tires because the alignment was not completed 1600 dollars, 50 dollars for replacement center hub screw on my custom rims that were installed by the dealership. It’s cost me more than if I took it to a Porsche dealership. I have additional services paid upfront, at this point I’m going to ask for a refund. When you spend 54000+ on a vehicle you would think they would care about customers and give QUALITY service. Not sure I would ever buy a vehicle from them again. It all about making the big sale and service stops. More

Absolutely the worst buying experience of my life. I have a list of things that went wrong from my first encounter with this dealer. Like scheduling a test drive only to find that no one was aware that it was scheduled, and they had to go find the car. "Now which car did you want to drive?" is what I got - on TWO separate occasions. Unfortunately, this dealer ended up having the very car I wanted to buy so I went back hoping for a more positive experience. Nope. After 2 1/2 hours of painful upselling for added warranties, I finally left the dealership with my new Camry SE. After a couple months I decided to cancel a couple of the added warranties, so I called the dealer to coordinate this with financial manager who liked me so much when I bought the car. No response. I continued to call and email over the next two and a half weeks. The poor receptionist knew who I was, but the financial manager never did call me back. Still hasn't. Bottom line - even though I paid retail for the car and bought all that extended stuff - the finance manager Ghosted me. Ghosted me! Eight calls and emails went unanswered! I escalated the issue and got a call from the Sales Manager who promised that customer service was their priority. She promised to speak to the Finance Manager, but I heard nothing back. So, I called again a couple days later and then I got a response about how they are now changing policy so the finance managers have been told to call their customers back. Not satisfied, I finally reached out to the General Manager (only 3 times this go-round). HE has not returned my calls either! I promise, I have been very patient and professional about this issue, but I have also been persistent in getting the attention of a dealership who has deliberately disregarded me. I did not plan to write this review . . . until the General Manager also decided not to return my calls. I am having a hard time believing this really happened even as I write this review, but it did - it is just so bizarre. More

I started talking to him back in Feb 2022 and told him everything I was looking for and wanted. He never gave up and I am now finally driving my dream vehicle!! Highlander XSE Dale Trimble NEW This is going to be kind of a long review, and some of it is my fault so I hope this is something that others will learn from. 1rst off i was pre-approved with financing from my bank here in my town.( im abiut 300 miles from the dealership) but i let amanda talk me into letting them do the financing to save time as long as it was the sameterms and rate which she agreed. I even called them before i left to drive the 5 hrs to thier dealership to assure all was good to which i was told yes it was. I got there drove the truck and all was good except for a couple of things which i will get back to. Once I got back to the finance guy though it kinda took a turn. He starts off with quoting me the wrong term and rates. The % rate was over 3 points higher than what we agreed on. Which you can't blame them for trying. They speed thru and get you to agree to a higher rate they make more money, so I applaud the effort. Then he really started pushing the extras paint protection and all thatcstuff which I declined and he just kept pushing it relentlessly. Even after I said no 5 or 6 times he figured it all in with the monthly payment . Again I applaud the effort because that's all free money to them but I finally convinced him I didn't want any of it and all was good. I got the term I wanted as well as the rate. All this was done on the 17th of Aug. so all I done is drive it home and around town a couple of times because I had to have surgery on the 24th of Aug and haven't been able to drive since. So this past weekend the 2nd of Sept. I detailing it since I can't drive it and I notice 2 big dents in the top of the truck in the seams directly across from each other( now I do take responsibility for not catching it when I did the walk around before I agreed to buy it) so I took pics and emailed the dealership telling them about it to which, as I expected they say they could do nothing about) now it was damaged before they got it so I really don't think they caught it when they took possession of it. The truck according to the car fax was shipped from Pennsylvania to a dealership in Missouri. Now we think it was damaged during the shipping and when Missouri got they certified it pre-owned in stead of fixing it because like I said it's in a crease so it will be an expensive fix and after they certified it pre-owned they put it on smart auction only for dealers and performance toyota bought it just from pics online just like I did. So when they got it they either didn't catch it or didn't care. And I didn't catch it when I bought it, but to be honest how many people dealers or consumers stand on the doorframe to look at the tops of trucks. So now im going to have to spend a couple thousand dollars to get this fixed so it doesn't start rusting worse. Please see the photos I have attached and learn from this experience. More
