Paragon is a very busy dealership. When my husband came in to do the financing it took almost 3 hours before someone was available. That was the only issue. They worked with us and the manager Wilson was incredibly professional and courteous. But the reason for this review was that Jahsid Matias was working for and with us for 2 months to find the car that fit our budget and style as it was a gift for our daughter. He would reach out to us with different cars. But what was really good was that he looked to find a clean no accident CPO for us. It took some time. But our daughter is thrilled beyond belief. Thank you Jahsid! Keep on keeping on. You were polite, professional, courteous, respectful of our parameters and incredibly knowledgeable about the Acuras and every car in the lot. What an incredible experience I had at Paragon Acura. From the very first phone call, their service was exceptional. I saw the car I wanted online and called before their opening hours. To my surprise someone was already in the office able to schedule me an appointment. When I arrived, they took care of me right away. That is when I met Jahsid. He picked me up in the car I was interested in, and we did the test drive right there. Extremely professional and knew the car inside and out. I had done my research, so I was prepared with detailed questions. He knocked every single one out of the park. I later learned that Jahsid held multiple roles at Paragon before getting into sales. I feel like his varied experience made the process so much smoother. He was able to speak to every aspect of owning an Acura with incredible detail. Aside from his knowledge and skills was his dedication to the customer. I wanted to leave with the car that night. My appointment was rather late in the afternoon (5PM), but he did everything in his power to make that happen. Coordinating all of the moving parts (car detailing, inspection, financing, etc) was truly a sight to watch. His rapport with all the other departments at Paragon makes him a valuable asset. Do not. .. and I mean DO NOT buy/lease/or even think about dealing with Paragon Acura. I'll start off by saying to avoid working with Luis. If you throw him a .. and I mean DO NOT buy/lease/or even think about dealing with Paragon Acura. I'll start off by saying to avoid working with Luis. If you throw him an offer, he'll storm off, complain, and then get mad at you that he'll get "fired" for offering a number that isn't in their ballpark. This is the kind of dealership that came out running while I was halfway in the street because they couldn't afford to lose a sale after I walked away. They will scam you to no end and do the bare minimum to prepare a CPO car for you. I purchased a 2022 MDX ASPEC from them, CPO, and since the day I drove it off the lot, issues beyond issues have come up. The car was sold to me completely out of alignment, two bent rims, 0 antifreeze in the reservoir, worn front and rear brakes etc. just to name a few things. MAKE SURE you test drive their cars on the highway as their test drive route around the block does not allow you to feel or see any potential issues. I have been horsed around by Paragon Acura, having to go back and forth and fighting for an alignment and to fix other ongoing issues. I recently found out that two of my rims are bent due to the previous owner hitting a curb. The CARFAX states that they had fixed the wheels, but clearly they're still bent according to my mechanic and due to heavy vibrations on the highway. I was denied new rims and basically told that its my problem as they claimed that the car passed inspection... Clearly a High Volume dealership means they don't care about their vehicles. You guys need to step your game up. It's embarrassing that you guys can even call yourselves a dealership. They are not customer-focused nor do they put the customer first. Buyers BEWARE... there are better options/dealerships elsewhere that won't screw you. Don't be fooled. More
