Beautiful dealership, purchased a used Volvo, test drove a Mercedes, a Lexus and the Volvo. Everyone was very courteous and they worked with me on the registration. I contacted Fernie about the issue and was strung along for Months with no finality to the problem. The car is fine otherwise and the service was good..just this one hiccup though put a damper on my experience. More

I recently bought a used rx350 from this dealership through Kent Hathaway. The car was almost perfect(minor chrome trim out of place). They had it "fixed" for me but it's still out of place and they da through Kent Hathaway. The car was almost perfect(minor chrome trim out of place). I don't mind that too much, but when I had the car detailed by a professional detailer, he informed me that he's wiping off dye from the backseat being redyed improperly. I immediately let Kent know what was going on and he agreed to fix it for me. It's now been 2 months since he was informed of my troubles, and over a month since he has responded to me. DO NOT GO HERE. More

First time in 20+ years of buying that I met a finance man that didn’t try to force his products on us and instead explained the benefits and breakdown of what each product offered in a clear and concise way. After the sale they did a proper walk thru of the features once again. Paired our phones and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back in the future. More
