We have purchased many vehicles, and I will say this experience was the BEST we have ever had! We were able to do the paperwork via computer from our home (which my husband was VERY happy about). This dealership is top notch, and their operating model makes them easy to work with. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and respectful. Since no one works on commission, the buying experience was pressure-free. Alyssa was exceptional. She was a joy to work with and was able to get the purchase done swiftly. Alyssa was able to answer all of my questions and didn’t pressure me once to make a decision. She was very sympathetic to the issues I have encountered at other dealers, and post sale has followed up and made herself available. Can I just start by saying that Irfan has the patience of a saint! We came in with a pretty active toddler and we never heard any complaints, he is a genuinely understanding person! Also he made sure we were well taken care of, he brought us snacks and drinks. Hooked us with every discounts possible and never forced us to buy anything extra.
