Inconsistent information, major delays in repairs, left my car outside where hail significantly damaged it and left me to foot the bill, didn’t offer a loaner, takes forever to get in touch with someone. Dropped my Wrangler off for an oil change. Two days later, I didn’t have my Wrangler and couldn’t get the service rep or the service manager to return multiple phone calls or texts. I finally was able to arrange a pick up through the sales department. The final price was almost 30% higher than the estimate, but I had nobody to talk to. Two days later the service rep finally called me. He wanted to talk about more work on the car. He didn’t even know that I had picked up the car. He blamed the whole episode on the dealership being really busy. I think I’m too busy to go back ever again. More
