I made my appointment for an oil change on the phone. It was a call center that I had trouble understanding. NOT directly with the dealership. Then I arrived a half an hour early and was told that it would be an hour and a half. Two hours later I got my truck back. Oil on the door and on my console, cleaned it off myself. Next oil change I will drive an hour to Emporia and talk to the Dealership and get in and out in an hour or less. More
