We're sorry you felt we were not flexible in our pricing. We price all of our vehicles at the bottom-line to avoid the back and forth. As the General Manager I would have loved to have personally met and spoken to you before receiving such a low rating for our dealership. As it was explained to me you left for lunch because you were waiting on a family member to come join you to help make sure you were choosing the right vehicle for your needs.
