When you talk to the Carlsbad dealership these days they don't seem to want business or care about their customer. I wish they did because Carlsbad is very convenient for me. As things evolved yesterday I had some time to "enjoy" the customer waiting lobby. That coffee machine makes a great cup of coffee. Anyway, I'll be back thanks to Nick and the kind service. I had communicated with Hassan over the internet initially and he was very helpful. He directed me to work with Sevanna in person and she too was very helpful. There was another guy who had interc initially and he was very helpful. He directed me to work with Sevanna in person and she too was very helpful. There was another guy who had intercepted me when I first arrived at the dealership to see the car; he said Savanna was busy with another customer. He sized me up as a non-serious customer (told me that I am not able to test drive the car before I even asked) and got butt-hurt after I told him I would wait for Savanna (he was talking loudly to another sales rep that I wanted to only see Savanna). Otherwise, Sevanna and Hassan were very helpful and courteous and professional. More
