There is no question that your pricing was "transparent." It just wasn't "competitive" when the dealer installed options were added back. One misused word here is "options." They are "mandatory options" at the dealer's choice and not "options of choice" to the customer. An overly generous estimate to the actual cost of these "options" is less than $300. The only "value" in the options is possibly the all-weather factory floor mats. For the $399 stated on the options list the customer could have a very nice set of Weather Tech mats and money left over.
