Well first off the I wish I had read the reviews before embarking on this journey. Please think twice before dealing with this place. The salesman was very kind and tried to help. His manager “Bo” literally will tell you anything but won’t tell you the truth. From day one it was yeah I got you approved with 4k down and my trade. Then we talked about adding my motorcycle to the trade and I was told the bank would only do the deal if I traded both my bike and car in. At this point he has me trying to finance 74k on a 46k car. Then I was told after waiting all day at the dealership that we could get this done on Monday so just wait and be patient. Monday comes and I’m told about my bank that I said I would refinance through that they had a better rate and whatever I told him no my bank will not finance 73k on a 46k car. Loan to value is not there. He said oh I thought that’s what we were doing ok don’t worry I had you approved already and whatever. So through out the week every day things changed I was told I would need a co signer so I got a co signer. Then I was told I needed more money down and a co signer. Then I was told I had to have 9k down and a co signer and only trading my car. Like what is happening all week I’m getting alerts that they are running my credit then they ran it again with my co signer. I don’t understand why he keeps saying we have you approved but keeps running our credit. Also if you didn’t have the approval just tell me and I can move on and find another place. I saved all the text messages and will be filing a complaint with the department of transportation and the better Business bureau. This is not how you should treat anyone and I hate to see anyone treated this way. Moral to the story is approach with caution if you have to go to this place. More
I bought a 2011 Mazda Miata from this dealership and picked it up at their place. I drove it back to my home in Michigan. Upon arrival to my home, I noticed the front painted bumper was peeling paint on picked it up at their place. I drove it back to my home in Michigan. When I contacted the dealer and the salesman, Jonathon, they tried to tell me there were visible cracks and implied I damaged the vehicle. That was not the case. All I did was drive the car 1200 miles home. They would not stand behind anything. They are not to be trusted, from my experience. I now have a $2000 cost to get it fixed. Recently I spent several hours negotiating to purchase a 2019 Audi RS5 VIN WUAPWAF59KA905455. Upon having the vehicle inspected it was brought to my attention that the original factory exhaust was replaced 2019 Audi RS5 VIN WUAPWAF59KA905455. Upon having the vehicle inspected it was brought to my attention that the original factory exhaust was replaced with a cheap aftermarket one. The right rear wheel is bent and a window seal was leaking. It seems very unlikely that these items were not found during the dealership's inspection of the vehicle. Furthermore, they're advertising the vehicle with Dual Stainless Steel Exhaust w/Chrome Tailpipe Finisher which is not accurate. In my opinion this is false advertising and had I known a $4,000 major component of the vehicle had been removed I would have not spent the hours negotiating a purchase. I would also not have incurred the inspection cost of $281.40. I reached out to the general manager to request a refund of the inspection fee. He had a low level manager, Josh, call and berate me. Josh admitted he had not read the inspection report and claimed their cars are safe and sold "as-is". I was completely okay with purchasing the vehicle "as-is" but the car is not safe with a bent wheel and the vehicle advertisement that I had responded to was false and misleading. More
Jacobs Mitsubishi is the most professional car dealership that I have ever conducted business with anywhere. Purchasing a car from them was a wonderful experience. After visiting two other Mercedes dealers the staff at Jacobs Mitsubishi was extremely professional and not aggressive. The service was great but the best part of the entire experience was my sales person, Johnny. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Not only did he meet my expectations, Johnny exceeded them in every way. He truly found me a great deal for the car that I wanted. Johnny is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the Mercedes brand and will know the answer to any question. He made getting one of the most attractive cars on the road today, the 2017 SL550 easy and enjoyable. I now own the best automobile that I have ever driven. Johnny went above and beyond what is expected from a salesperson and I would highly recommend him to those who want buying a Mercedes Benz a real pleasure. More
